Darth Sidious

Few inspire such an unsettling sence of dread as the robed, shadowy figure of Darth Sidious. A Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Sidious ultimately plans to gain control of the Galactic Republic. Sensing the time is right for the Galactic Senate to fall, he quietly manipulates the Neimoidian Trade Federation into an illegal invasion of the peaceful palnet of Naboo.

Delivering his evil commands in calm, measured tones, Sidious communicates with Trade Federation officials by way of holographic transmissions from his quarters on Coruscant. However, when he discovers that two Jedi have helped Queen Amidala to escape his clutches, he takes a more active role and swiftly sends his dark apprentice, Darth Maul, to find and kill them.

His birth name was Khameir Sarin. Apprentice to Darth Sidious from age 12, Darth Maul is a fierce warrior.
His broadly tattooed face, his hairless skull, and hooked horns, strike fear into his opponents. Darth Maul wields a menacing double-bladed lightsaber. Soaked with the evil of the dark side, Maul's yellow-eyed ferocity is lethal when unleashed. With his double-bladed lightsaber, Maul can lay waste to multiple adversaries with fluid grace.
